The purpose of the Church Council Ministry Calendar is to coordinate our church wide Inreach/Outreach efforts.
January 19: Committee Training
- Cold Cut Sandwiches for committee members and families
- Choose Committee Chairs
March 26: Flower Pot Give Away
- Meet on Wednesday, April 2 and assemble the pots with marigolds
- Labels “From your neighbors at Hickory Hollow Baptist Church, 625 Bell Rd”
- Give away at Kroger on April 5
April 12: Community Easter Egg Hunt (funded through outreach line item)
- We will have a pavilion and table set up
- We will give away church literature, Gospel Frisbees, candy, and Bibles
- We will give away bottle water
April 13: Easter Egg Hunt (Rain Date: April 20)
- Over 400 candy filled eggs
- 2 prize eggs each with $10 Walmart Gift Cards
May 18: Church Picnic/Field Day
- Burgers, hot dogs, weenies, chips, drinks, dessert
- Games for all ages
July 13: Movie Night
August 14: Church Council Planning Meeting 6 to 9 pm Pizza
September 13, 4:30 to 6:30 PM Sponsor Putt Putt Games at Family Golf Center
- For two hours we will pay for people to play miniature golf
- Give away gospel frisbees, NT’s.
October 11: Weenie Roast & Bon Fire
December 7: Annual Christmas Dinner
- Church provides meat and drinks
- Members provide favorite side dishes & desserts
- Church wide talent show
Hickory Hollow Baptist Church
