Hickory Hollow Baptist Church is a neighborhood church in Antioch, Tennessee — Baptist in conviction, laid back in feel. We’re a family of ordinary people trying to follow Jesus and love the folks around us. Whether you grew up in church or haven’t been in years, there’s a seat here for you.
Our Heart
Sharing the love of Jesus by meeting the needs of neighbors.
An overwhelming darkness has settled over southeastern Davidson County — a growing sense that God, and the church, are irrelevant. People hungry for real life can’t seem to find it. So we’ve set out to be a light of healing and hope: shining Jesus’ love on our neighbors through real projects that meet real needs, both spiritual and physical. Like a friendly campfire draws lost hikers to its warmth, we want the love of Jesus — shining in our lives and from this hill — to draw our neighbors home.
Our Pastor
Meet Pastor Ray Clubb
Our pastor hails from the Pacific Northwest, but became an adopted son of Tennessee in 1984 after graduating from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He came to HHBC in 2002. Pastor Ray believes that the Good News about Jesus changes lives, and worship should meet folks where they are and take them where God wants them to go.
When you join us for worship, we hope you find our people warm and friendly, the music engaging, and the message helpful.
What we believe
We’re a Southern Baptist church holding to the historic core of the Christian faith — the Bible as God’s Word, salvation as a free gift through Jesus, and the local church as a family sent to its community.
